Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Midlife Unlocked. This policy explains our refund window and how cancellation works. It applies to purchases made directly through Midlife Unlocked.

30-Day Refund

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or your first subscription payment. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable.

• The 30-day window runs from the date of the initial purchase or the first charge of a subscription.
• Renewal payments (the second and later charges of a subscription) are not refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date — see "Cancellation" below.
• One-time products are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@midlifeunlocked.com from the address on your account, within the 30-day window, and let us know what you purchased. We may ask a brief question to locate your order. We may decline refund requests that appear abusive (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund activity).

Cancellation

You can cancel a Membership at any time from your account billing portal (Account → Manage billing). Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a paid period, except within the 30-day refund window described above.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again over a short period. If payment is not completed, your Membership access may be paused or ended.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in suspension of your access while the dispute is reviewed.
